4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by bk55. bk55 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, odds errors, or suspicious betting patterns.
4.2 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport, event, and market as published on the bk55 platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of bk55 shall be final.
4.3 Void Bets. bk55 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event or the bet placement has been compromised, including but not limited to match-fixing, insider information, or technical error.
4.4 Live Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. Bets placed on events that have already concluded will be voided. Live betting odds are subject to rapid change; it is the User's responsibility to confirm the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation.
5.1 Game Fairness. All casino games offered through bk55 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by human dealers in real time. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
5.2 Technical Malfunctions. 11.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.3 Waiver. Failure by bk55 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
11.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of bk55. bk55 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
